Help Us Celebrate 25 Years of Help and Hope for the Hungry

What is the Michigan Harvest Gathering?

The Michigan Harvest Gathering (MHG) is an annual State-wide Campaign that raises food and funds for Michigan’s emergency food response. Since 1991, the Attorney General Bill Schuette and his wife, Cynthia Schuette have partnered with Food Bank Council of Michigan to help strengthen the capacity of our state’s emergency food response. In it’s first 24 years, the MHG Campaign raised over 54 million meals to help those in need!

Secretary of State office throughout Michigan are collecting food donations until November 25, 2015.  Drop off non-expired, non perishable items for Michigan Harvest Gathering.
